Ok so I'm working on a new Tabs and the first part you repeat twice so I put a )x2 at the end and continued on, but this next part is exactly the same as the first part. Is there a tab that means 'go back up to the top' or should I just write out the first part again?

You'd have to just rewrite
You'd have to just rewrite the first part- you can go to select mode and highlight the first piece and copy it into where you need it next with the x2 option next to the pitch (-) (+), but there's no option to loop back to something written beforehand.
